What is your most important meal of the day?
I once spoke to a friend who told me he doesn't take breakfast. His reason was due to the fact that breakfast makes him fatigue. This came as a surprise to me for I never miss breakfast, (I could pass out without a morning cereal, tea, toast, you just name it, I gotta chew for the day).
Breakfast is important to me because it's the energy booster for my day. Whenever I'm caught up in a plethora of activities, I am able to cope because I have had a solid breakfast.
Health experts may have some other opinion about this and you may too.
I'm not an health expert anyway. (Lol).
